Where can I see how many CloudCredits are available in the instance?

In the admin there is an overview of the cloud credits budget of your instance.

Where can I see what the cloud credits were used for?

In the Admin under CC-WALLETS is an overview of the Cloud Credits used in the instance.

Can I reserve personal CloudCredits?

No, CloudCredits always refers to the instance. The budget is released and consumed per instance.

How can I influence the consumption of CloudCredits?

The intervals for compute-intensive synchronizations and automations can be adjusted in the shortcuts module.

A main admin can stop all processes in the Admin in the CC-Wallett and thus stop all consumption.

If necessary, the processes must be reactivated.

Can I share/share Cloud Credits with multiple admins within my instance?

CloudCredits are billed on an instance-by-instance basis. The budget is shared and consumed per instance. Each admin can view the CloudCredit history or purchase Cloud Credits in the admin module.

Where and how can CloudCredits be purchased?

Credits can be topped up via the admin module in the CC-WALLETS view.

The additional CloudCredits you purchase are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Your monthly free replenished contingent will be used prioritized.

Can I transfer credits to other instances/customers/partners?

 No, CC are instance specific and cannot be transferred

Using specific features of the SupraTix ecosystem requires resources such as processing power, storage and data transfer, which must be paid for with SupraTix Cloud Credits. These include:

• Execution of shortcuts (by retrieving and querying databases and automating processes),

• Bulk emailing,

• Transcoding of videos,

• for example Execution and check of existing UserJourneys (the automated sending of requests to the SupraTixServer)

• Hosting of a module or a website
• Request to API
